Sims 4 will not launch on xbox

Product: The Sims 4Platform:Microsoft XBOX OneWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)What is your current game version number? I cannot get to the menu What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know What happens when the bug occurs? It will not load. I get as far as press A to play. Then the loading screen starts and the plumbob only gets 20% across. What do you expect to see? The main menuHave you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No‌Game has not loaded for 6 days. I cannot even get to the menu.&nbsp;

I literally had the same issue too but when i kept trying earlier today i was able to get to the main menu and when i tried to play on my household it said something about the game data being incomplete ☹️((

@Di4mondprincess I have this issue on occasion since you're on Xbox go to manage games go down to where the savers for your profile there should be two saves in there one is the reserve space for the game delete the reserved space and then restart your game. Also if you have a second account try loading the game in that account sometimes that'll fix it as well
