Sims 4 won’t install Xbox one
I’ve tried putting the game in millions of times but it still will not download and other games will play perfectly right after that it’s not the console so idk what it is

@rosco2345 Please make sure you are signed in to the correct profile the game was purchased on. Please also check that you have enough hard drive space to install a new game.

It’s a disc version and it’s my second copy that I bought brand new and it hasn’t gave me the message that there’s not enough space i should have enough it sounds like it can’t read the game but it reads other games I own perfectly so it’s not the console I don’t think
