Sims 4 won’t open on console

If I click on my game to open sims on my Xbox console it shuts the Xbox completely out and brings my back up to my “input selection” box. I can play all my other games and cleaned out the Xbox and tv...

    Thanks, that sounds like the TV display settings are not correctly set up on your Xbox- please follow the steps here. 

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support to look into this further with you.
