Sims 4 won't save on Xbox and PlayStation

So I preorder sims 4 for Xbox one. I have EA access so I started playing early access, but I can't save my game

A new patch has just been released both for Xbox and PlayStation 4 to address this saving issue. Please, download the patch and let us know if you have any problems.

@merciarich thanks for the reports, but would you mind reporting each bug in a different thread, in the Bug Reports forum, please? We have a special template in that forum for bug reports, and it's easier to keep track of everything if each issue has its own thread.

@Split19 merged your thread here as you are having an issue we are discussing here. The team is working on this, and I will let you know here as soon as I have any news for you. @trinitarian1979 Thanks for explaining what you did. My suggestion was to save in one save game each time, instead of saving twice in both. So you could open the game, play for example for 30 min and save in slot A. Then play for another 30 min and save in B. Next time in A, etc. So if at some point you realize you are playing and can't save, you could go back to the previous save. Sorry if my explanation was confusing. ☹️

Just wondering if EA made a patch yet seeing as how the game is officially released now. Thought there would have been some day one itch or something. I mean I figure they didn’t since I haven’t gotten a notification about it yet..

They’re probably focused on Battlefront and Need for Speed. I’ve seen EA address Battlefront and Need for Speed issues, but not Sims. That’s crazy. I honestly haven’t touched my Sims game since Tuesday when I started playing because of this saving glitch. It takes the fun out of the game..
