Sims 4 Xbox - Aspirations won’t advance, despite doing action needed repeatedly

If they know about it why haven’t they resolved it? It’s been that way for years now. But I guess recessed flooring and Star Wars is more important than fixing your broken game. It’s a joke quite frankly
