Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? having sims 4 threw Xbox game pass, downloading the free stuff or buying a pack, going in game to see if it will allow you to use any of the packs
What happens when the bug occurs? When on the main screen in Sims 4 and in the EA app it says that I own the expansion packs but once I actually launch into the game none of the content appears.
What do you expect to see? The expansion packs I bought to be working in game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have Sims 4 on the Xbox game pass. I decided to buy a bundle pack of the listed expansion, game, and stuff packs but when I went to load my game it said that I needed to have the free holiday celebration pack that I had already downloaded a while ago, and it seemed like it was implying that I had not purchased the Sims 4 game itself in order to be able to have these packs. So, it seems like because I have the game threw the Xbox game pass it is not recognizing that I "purchased" the game. I tried troubleshooting it myself by deleting and reinstalling the game and all the packs and I also made sure that my EA account was connected to my Xbox account and so far, nothing can make the content I bought show up in game.
