@preetipug, could you explain what you mean when you say 'perfect patio is showing but not, yet it's installed'? If you could add a photo, that might help us understand 🙂

Look here, it is installed on the Xbox but not showing up in the game? Very annoyed. Spent a lot of money on this. Also I pre-ordered this a very long time ago and ordered the party deluxe edition
Try the following:
Close The Sims 4 from the Xbox One dashboard
Go to Manage Game screen select Perfect Patio and uninstall it.
Shut down your Xbox One (hold the power button until it beeps and turns off)
Wait 10 seconds then power your Xbox One back on again
Go to Ready to Install
Install Perfect Patio Stuff
Load The Sims 4
Does it show as installed on the skittle now?
If not, are you using the same account that bought the content as is trying to play it? Or are you using a 2nd account to play the game with while the owner of the content is logged in/has the console set as Home?
- Hello, I didn't buy perfect patio seperately so I'm worried about uninstalling it. I didn't buy it on an account. I bought the CD and installed it on the Xbox which does have 2 accounts but shows as installed on both.
