Sims expansion packs disappeared

I was playing Sims 4 on ps5 and noticed my city living expansion pack had disappeared. It said I had to install it but then said it was already installed. After getting in contact with PS support they told me to delete the sims 4 game altogether and reinstall it. I asked them if it would affect any of my current expansion packs or worlds and they said no. I’ve just reinstalled the game to find all my expansion packs are missing, it says they’re all installed but all the gameplay and worlds are missing. Please help, I have tried everything. I’ve restored licences multiple times and tried restating my PlayStation and game too and nothing seems to work. Not only did I lose city living but also now all of my expansion packs. They were all bought on this console not through game sharing.

    Edit: also to add, after reinstalling the game I’ve found city living expansion pack back in the store for 59.99 and not in my library at all.

    Hello,

    If you're playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation and were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation Plus, this is expected. 

    The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation Plus and replaced by Island Living.

    If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it if you wish to continue playing with that content. 

    For other DLC that you're missing, please look over the transaction history on your PlayStation account to verify that you're logging in with the same account this DLC was bought on.
