Sims having babies while I’m not playing with them
Hello, PS4 player here. I am playing about 8 different households and I cycle through them in the order created. So 1 married couple household had a baby when I last played with them and I was thinking cool, something new for me to explore when I play them next time. Now I’ve played/cycled through all the households and was preparing to play the couple with the baby again, but when I loaded their household all of a sudden there’s 2 more babies that I did not even know about! What is going on? I have Auto Age (Played Households) set to Only Active Household, and Auto Age (Unplayed Households) checked.
I looked under manage households and everything is unchecked for neighborhood stories. I DO have Neighborhood Stories checked in the Game Options menu. Should that be unchecked entirely? I thought if I unchecked it, it would prevent the rest of the world (NPCs) from having any developments.
I don’t want any households that I play to age and have babies without me being there. Any help is appreciated.
Hey there @rockitoutcali
When you turn off Neighborhood Stories through Manage Household, you're only changing settings for specifically selected families. If you're wanting this setting turned off completely, you'll need to uncheck the Neighborhood Stories box from the Gameplay Options setting instead.
