@bsternerxo Have you tried traveling or going into the CAS with them?
- @PoptartJuniper Yes I have, and it still won't go down. I even tried turning off my PS4 and seeing if that would help.

There are some enable/disable needs cheats using the mailbox, but I am not sure if those are correct for your situation.
