Sims season add on isn’t working

I got seasons add on for my ps5 and it hasn’t work since I brought it , it doesn’t change season . I’m not sure what going on but can someone help me? When I go to settings and downloads and add on I...

    Hey there @newmoon_sunrise 

    Are you seeing the other Seasons content in-game, like in Build/Buy mode? It sounds like this pack isn't fully installed to your console. 

    To check that it's fully installed, please try the following:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
