DLCs installed but not showing in game

Hi there,

I'm playing ps4 game on a ps5 and the dlc content is missing from ingame. I've deleted the game and redownloaded and installed everything multiple times, even installed one dlc at a time and starting a new game and its still not showing. Please help.

    Heya Destructogal17 

    If you follow these steps, are your packs showing as owned and installed on your console?

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

     Thats fixed it, it was the Restore the Licenses step that I was missing. Thank you so much!

    I am facing the same issue. Tried re-installing the game and renewing license but no effect. Help please!

    Are they showing as installed as well on your console, but not appearing in-game, or are they not able to be installed from your game library?
