Sims
So I have sim packs they have been working I got the cat and dog pack today and after installing it none of my packs work anymore I’ve tried restarting my game I’ve tried deleting the game and re downloading and lowk starting to lose it I did buy the cat and dog with the my new pet bundle and I already bought my new pet bundle separately also I don’t even have the option to uninstall the addons either which I find weird
Depending on which platform you play on, try the following:
Xbox:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
PlayStation:- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
