Sims4 expansion wont download on ps4

I just bought the vampire and deluxe party expansion through the play store on ps4 for Sims 4.  Vampires installed just fine but the deluxe party edition did not.  It won' even give me the option to download.  I checked in the notifications and it does not show there either.

    The deluxe expansion is automatically added to your game, it is similar to update. You will find all the objects from this extension already in your buying panel.

    I am having a similar issue on the XBOX and with the Get Famous Expansion. We ordered a chunk of expansion packs all at once and they all downloaded fine except get famous. It says I need to download it but when you go to the pack it says it's installed. I can see the tab within the game, we can use the building tools and the terrain tools and that is it.

    Just talked with EA customer service. My issue comes from XBOX. They are having server issues. Should be fixed on 2/19/19.
