Sims4 packs saying download to use on PS5 but there already installed

Question

I uninstalled and reinstalled Sims4 on my PS5 to try to reset the Reaper Rewards as it hasn't been working for weeks and is about to end (obviously this did not work) but now I have other issues.

Since I did that I now have packs that say "download to use" in the game.

Here is what I've tried:

> Restarted the game

> Check for updates (none to be found because I'm up to date)

> I went into "Manage Content" and every pack is installed

> I selected "Restore License" for the Sims4

> I have uninstalled and reinstalled every pack INDIVIDUALLY (not as a massed que)

> Restarted the console

I am continuing to have the same issue. Any other options?

Hi @mkales32 , for which packs are you getting this issue? What happens if you go through the PlayStation store, are those packs showing as owned and/or installed? It can also be worth unplugging completely your console for a couple of minutes to make a powercylce and see if that helps.

@EA_Cath&nbsp;&nbsp;I have tried unplugging because I had to move it to a different room. This did not solve the issue.The PlayStation store says the packs are owned and installed.&nbsp;The packs I cannot access are:-Discover University-Snowy Escape&nbsp;-Werewolves&nbsp;-Dream Home Decorator-Jungle Adventure-Outdoor Retreat-Bowling Night-Backyard Stuff-Romantic Garden Stuff-Spooky Stuff-Grunge Revival Kit-Basement Treasures Kit-Greenhouse Haven Kit-Bathroom Clutter Kit-Pastel Pop Kit-Everyday Clutter Kit-Simtimates Collection Kit-Little Campers Kit-Moonlight Chic Kit-Decor to the Max Kit-Courtyard Oasis Kit-Fashion Street Kit-Incheon Arrivals Kit-Country Kitchen KitThere is a lot that I no longer can use.&nbsp;any other recommendations?
