Sul sul, @nickienok.
Let's see if we can get it up and at 'em. Could you try shutting your Playstation 4 completely down, unplug it from the wall for 1-2 minutes, and then plug it back in? This clears the device's cache, and can help in cases of slowing down and freezing.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

Sul sul! I have done this and cleared the cache. I also deleted old save files from all games to free up storage on my ps4 and checked all updates were done. The game is alot better than it was but I'm still getting some lagging and glitches. Just alot less than before. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks so much, Nikki

Hey there, @nickienok.
I'm glad to hear it's improved. Let's see if we can make it even better.
As a precaution, please back up your saves and ensure you remember your PSN ID login before the next step. While it shouldn't delete anything, we just want to be safe.
Let's try booting your PlayStation 4 in Safe Mode and rebuilding the database.
- Turn off the PS4 by pressing the power button.
- Press and hold the power button until you hear two beeps, then release.
- Connect your controller with a USB cable and press the PS button.
- Select Option 5 [Rebuild Database] - Note: This can take a long while.
- Once it's done, select the option to restart the PS4 normally.
Please let me know how it goes for you.
