Solutions for Error Code 0 Not Working

I am a console/xbox player. When I tried to save, I received error code 0. When I restarted the game the save file I was playing on disappeared. When I tried a newer, smaller file I got the same error code and also lost that save file. Looked up the error code here and followed all the instructions, I made a new save file to make sure everything was working properly and I'm still receiving the error code. Does anyone have any alternative fixes or is anyone else having the same issue?

    @Rbwgrl 

    With that many save slots in use, it does sound like your game is running low on storage space. Please try deleting some additional save files to clear up more space.

    Hi @Rbwgrl 

    Have you deleted previous save files as well? How many save slots are you currently using?

    I deleted my oldest and biggest save file that I wasn't playing anymore. After that there are 8 files, including the test one I just created.

    @Rbwgrl 

    With that many save slots in use, it does sound like your game is running low on storage space. Please try deleting some additional save files to clear up more space.

    Okay, I will do that. Also, I don't know if it's relevant but I do have all of the packs and kits. And I just remembered that every time I got the error code when I closed the game it was updating.

    OK, so I deleted 3 more files so I only have 5 now. I was just playing on my test file (which is my newest one) and when I tried to save I got the error code again.

    How many lots or rooms do you currently have stored in your Library in The Gallery?

    I deleted the majority of builds that were in my gallery library, including sims community builds that were automatically added. Currently I have 210 lots and 11 rooms. Most of the builds are 300 KB or less (about 160 of them).

    @Rbwgrl 

    Thanks, that's still a fairly large amount of lots to have saved- please try clearing out more room in your Library, be sure to delete the larger lots or any lots that use a lot of Build/Buy items.
