Solutions for Error Code 0 Not Working

I am a console/xbox player. When I tried to save, I received error code 0. When I restarted the game the save file I was playing on disappeared. When I tried a newer, smaller file I got the same erro...

    @Rbwgrl 

    With that many save slots in use, it does sound like your game is running low on storage space. Please try deleting some additional save files to clear up more space.

Okay, I will do that. Also, I don't know if it's relevant but I do have all of the packs and kits. And I just remembered that every time I got the error code when I closed the game it was updating.
