Something went wrong error

I’m having issues download an expansion pack that I had bought in the past and I’ve tried redownloading the content and it tells me that “something went wrong” and it pops up an error. It says that I’ve purchased when I go into the store on sims but it again relays the same message that something went wrong. How would I resolve this issue so that I can use the expansion packs contents? (The system I’m running my sims 4 on ps5 currently but when I purchased the pack I was using ps4). Thanks in advance!
