Strangerville tasks

Question

Currently trying to complete the strangerville mystery but my sim won't complete most tasks; cooking, gardening, paying bills, visiting the curio shop, etc.

I've had this pack for quite awhile but never played it through, but general tasks can't be completed. The sim will start the task then just pause in the middle and never complete, if I reset the sim and try again, the same thing repeats. Been trying to pay bills for 1 day in game. I'll reset and try something else, sometime that will work and sometimes not. Went to the curio shop and it shows the 2 sims interaction but no pop up and they both just stand there with the current task active, nothing happens but time passing. When I reset the shop it closed to reopen at 9am and close at 3am but its 3pm in game. I've went back to manage worlds, main menu and restarted my console, no change.

@Sandiicheekz06  Is this after the update? If not, can you please update your game and see if the issue persists?

Yes, I updated my system the other day. I cant say this was happening before because I only used build mode in strangerville prior.&nbsp;

@Sandiicheekz06  Traveling to another lot with the affected sim also doesn't help the issue?

@PoptartJuniper No, I have to travel to other lots to complete the story. I even went to another world to feed and bathe because it wouldn't work. Then I come and same issue.

@Sandiicheekz06Does this same thing happen on a brand new save in strangerville? Is it just this one sim or are other sims in other households affected?What console are you playing on?
