Tattoos on the gallery

For the past month or two every time I try to get a tattoo off the gallery it freezes the game and I have to close out. I have not been able to put tattoos from the gallery on my Sims at all even though I exit out and go back in it just freezes up. It’s very annoying I paid $40 for an expansion pack to be able to do this and everything was fine and dandy up until the marketplace came out
