Textbox does not react on any commands

Hello. My problem is, when i press R1, R2, L1, L2 to open the textbox, where i can write cheats, the textbox opens. But when i write a command, and yes I start with testingcheats true, nothing happens. It is like the textbox dosen't react on any commands. It is also green unlike white like in the videos, i have seen on YouTube. (see the attached image) I really hope your can help me.

    This has never happened to me. So I don't really know why that's happening but maybe I could suggest a few things.

    • Have you tried quitting then going back into your game?
    • Or maybe you could restart your computer.
    • The last answer I have, have you tried seeing if you have any other things open that might make it so laggy that it can't respond to your commands?

    Again this has never happened to me and these are just my answers that might work.
