The Sims 4 - Every time I travel the game crashes

I play on console and haven't had a problem with this before. Of course, the game sometimes crashed but that was usually after a lot of hours of gameplay. Now, I boot it up, load into my family and when I try to travel (specifically to the magic realm through the portal in Glimmerbrook) the game crashes. 

Has anyone else also experienced this lately? Or is it just my game being annoying?
