The sims 4 all packs category wont show
I got sims 4 on my ps4. I wanted to buy some packs but the all packs category in the menu screen isn’t showing up. It only shows the my packs and free stuff category. So I can’t buy anything because it wont show. It also wont show the expansion packs, game packs or stuff packs. I did get the game for free since the base game came out free. I don’t know what I should do to restore the pack categories to my menu.

If you're looking to purchase any new packs or expansions, you can do that from the PlayStation Store directly on the console instead of the in-game store.
Once you've purchased a new DLC, you can get it installed by following these steps:
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
