the sims 4 console game data incomple

I haven’t been playing the sims for about a month or two on my console ( Xbox one X ) and i come back to play today and i notice my packs are missing. I check the microsoft store and it says they’re installed so i’m just thinking it’s just a glitch or something but i press to make a new game and it pops up saying “game data incomplete” i have no idea how to fix this or anything, someone help meeeee!

So the packs show as installed, but the content of the packs aren't showing in-game? Let's give a few steps a try.

    1. On the Xbox One Home screen, press the Menu button

    2. Choose Manage Game

    3. Uninstall everything but the game itself

    4. Once that's done, power off your Xbox One completely, wait 2 minutes, and then restart it

    5. Go back to Manage Game for The Sims 4

    6. Choose Install all, and confirm with Install on any pop-ups, then wait for your downloads to finish

    7. Power off your Xbox One again, restart, and launch The Sims 4

Could you let me know how that goes for you?

  • Having the same exact issue. Expect for PS4. Haven't been on the game in months either

Sul sul, @M1CHEK. The instructions for you will be slightly different.

First, please make sure that your The Sims 4 packs are already installed:

    1. Go to your Library

    2. Choose Purchased

    3. Select The Sims 4

    4. Scroll down to PlayStation Store and My Add-Ons

    5. Find your pack content in the list, and start the download

    6. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims 4

If it does already show as installed, but the packs don't show in-game, please try restoring purchases by doing the following menu options from the Home screen:

[Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]

You will also want to ensure that your PlayStation 4 is marked as your Primary PS4.

    I hope that helps!

Hi. I had the same issue on my ps4 and fixed it myself.  On your home screen go to sims 4 game icon and use left joystick to go down to PlayStation store. Use left joystick again to go right to 'Your Add-ons'. Press X. List comes up with download beside each pack. It should then begin downloading each pack. Hope this helps. It worked for me.
