There are no exclusive items

Hello! After purchasing the SpongeBob SquarePants and SpongeBob's Playroom packs for The Sims 4 on Xbox, I didn't receive the promised exclusive items. How can I get them now?

Elena9194 The bonus items are only included with the Bikini Bottom Bundle, if you bought each kit separately, you wouldn't receive the bonus items.

If you did purchase the bundle but didn't get those extra items, you'll want to reach out to Xbox support so they can review your purchase history with you.
