Torendi Tower Lot Bug

I'm having a really frustrating issue with the Torendi Tower lot, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to fix it.

The lot seems to be extremely buggy. A few months ago, I purchased it as a Residential Rental using one of my Sims. However, the lot never appeared in the Owned Businesses panel, even though I had purchased it. I remember experiencing lag and other issues with it already back then.

Now, I would like to change the lot type from Residential Rental to a regular Residential lot so I can build on it, but I'm unable to do so. When I try to change the lot type, the following message appears on the lot type change button:

"This owned lot cannot be changed. Please sell this Residential Rental via the Owned Businesses panel in Live Mode."

The problem is that none of my Sims appears to own the lot, and since it doesn't show up in the Owned Businesses panel, I have no way to sell it. I'm basically stuck with a Residential Rental lot that I cannot manage or change.

There's another issue with the same lot: whenever I try to place a build from the Gallery, I get a message saying "System Error." This makes it impossible to place Gallery builds on the lot as well.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? I'd really like to use this lot, but at the moment, it seems completely broken.

I'm also having issues with vacations. The game starts bugging out whenever my Sims go on vacation, making the vacation experience very buggy.
