Transferring saved sims data to another playstation

I am playing sims on a PlayStation 4 and have my data saved and want to transfer it to another PlayStation 4. I have already downloaded to the game and all the same expansions and when I log into the sims I can’t find any saved data. Does anyone know if the game needs to be saved in a cloud on their or what I need to do to transfer. I’m not trying to transfer users just counsels themselves without having to start over.
