@Dillardlat You probably need to relink your EA account to your Sims game. There's instructions here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Consoles/FAQ-Sims-4-Console-Gallery/m-p/8773008#M6536
I'm having the same issues, I use the gallery on my ps4 24-7 and all of a sudden it's no longer an option. Even through my origin/ea account is linked. Please help resolve my issue thanks.
