Tutorial stuck: simology

I’ve just purchased the sims 4/ dogs and cats pack for ps4 and have never played before. I started the tutorial and have made it to where my sim goes to work and you have to check Alex‘s simology. Ho...

I have this problem too. I click the seismology panel and go through clicking everything and the tutorial just keeps saying to check it. At this point I have 10x times.

Thanks for reaching out. There's a similar issue that is an open bug right now. Do you know if this issue is what you're experiencing?
