Unable to go Online error

Even after the recent update on Xbox S, the gallery and marketplace still don't work. Every time I try to open them, it says I'm offline, my internet connection doesn't work & my account is also not ...

Still getting this error. I'm hoping the May update will fix this. I was able to get in today by closing my Xbox and unplugging it from the back and waiting a few minutes, then plugging it in. then, I turned on my Xbox and cleared the Persistent Cache and cleared the extra 1gb of reserved space for my game save. Then, I logged out of my Xbox account and logged back in. Then I started the game and the moola/marketplace was there as it should be. It's tiring to have to do so many troubleshooting steps every time I have to start the game. Every time I quit the game I have to go though this process.
