Unable to play event and see gallery

My internet is working well. I’m signed into my ea account. I linked my ea account through the game options settings. My game is up to date with updates. I’ve restarted the ps5 multiple times and tested the internet connection. I have researched everything to figure out why I can’t see the gallery or play the new event that just started Friday but I cannot figure it out! Please help me trouble shoot what is going on.
