Unable to Upload to Gallery

I use my ps4 for sims. The Game is saved on an external storage drive. Yet for weeks now, I am unable to upload to the gallery from my game. I can't even save lots to my library since the latest updates. Help?!?! Plz and thx

I'm also running into this issue! It started yesterday (4/27/2025). I can only upload things that are already in my library, but I can't add new things to my library or upload straight from buildmode or build/buy.
