Uninstalled packs in Sims 4
I wasn't able to play the sims 4 on my PS4 for about 2 to 3 weeks after the past few updates. Just now testing to see if I can play the game at all anymore and 6 packs that were purchased through playstation store have all been uninstalled. Is a refund possible or do I have to waste money buying all of them again for this more trouble than it's worth game?

Please try the following steps, let me know if you're being prompted to repurchase these packs:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
