Vampire pack disappeared and not working
When I try to get into my save file with my vampire sim, the game tells me that “Not all game data could be loaded” because a pack had been “uninstalled or is no longer available”. However, when I look at the my downloads through the game, it tells me that the Vampires pack has been installed.
BUT when I go to look at the pack through the PS4 menu through the “installed add-ons” section, the pack does not show up, but all the other ones I have do.
I would normally try to uninstall and then reinstall the pack but I can’t figure out how to do it and I’ve tried everything save from just completely deleting and reinstalling the game itself.
The only thing I’ve done between the update and trying to play again was download the free Desert Luxe Kit, but I can’t imagine THAT was the reason for all this.

Please restore your licenses with these steps, then try downloading Vampires following the steps here:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library
- Choose Purchased
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
- Find your DLC in the list and start the download
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
