Whenever I create a new save it deletes and my gallery is corrupt - Xbox One
I play the Sims 4 on Xbox. These past few days, I created three new saves and they all deleted. When I go to the gallery, there are red Xs and the picture doesn't load. When I click on it, it says it is corrupt and must be deleted but it says that for every item. Even when I went to manage world, the house I was playing with was gone and there was a random gray lama icon on the screen and when you hover it, it says it's my household. I don't want to even try opening my other saves just it case they delete, what do I do?? Is my game corrupted?? If so how do I fix it?? I wasn't sure if there was a way to back up my saves on Xbox. Thank you.
@Youngauthor43 If your game data is corrupted, you'll need to reinstall your game. Reinstalling your game will not affect your saves.
There's an issue with the game currently producing too many households, which can affect your saves. This basically makes your save too full and the game can't load or save. If your saves are very old (Nov 2020) and you haven't played in a while, they are possibly affected by a bug from then with too many father winters.
If your gallery is too full of items and houses, you possibly have run out of save space. Same with your saves, you only get 10 total saves and they can only be so large before the console won't save anymore.
