Why can’t I buy Goth Galore?

I try to buy Goth Galore on the sims, it says to make sure my game is up to date. I have no new updates to download and my system is fully updated. I play on console so there is absolutely no way Mod...

    Hey there @ScourgesDeputy 

    Try making the purchase directly from the PlayStation store on your console rather than the in-game store. Let me know if you run into any issues there as well please.
