Why cant we build pools in rooms in island living?
It says I cant build on a lot on a water lot.

@tigerrun777 I haven't messed with pools on water lots, but you can do it, they just need to be above the ground story. There's a lot in our original library that does it. I think it's the "Palm Beach House," you can check it out and see how they did it.
