Why does my game keep acting like i just installed it on comsole

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Sp38:1.assests.live-sp38 64
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but the two newest and my wedding stories
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just keep restarting until my saves arw back
What happens when the bug occurs? It acts like I've never played the game beofe even thiugh I have no mor save slots
What do you expect to see? My save files
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So likeneveru other time I open my game it makes me agree the the terms as if I juat installed it and none of my saves are there, but shared builds and sims are still in my gallery.

    Hi there @1SmexyLoki can you check your account and console are properly linked? Instructions here:

    I've seen other players affected by this on a different EA game that were advised to reset their password and also to go to profile.ea.com and see if you have the option to accept the terms and conditions there.

    Also if you had all your save slots filled on an Xbox one that is unfortunately too much for your console with a game of this size, I was advised that by Xbox Support. I'd stick to a couple of save files instead. It's a lot for an Xbox one. Even on Xbox Series X I never exceed 3.

    Your game version should be 2.1.6.2300. It can be found by selecting Sims 4 on your console home screen using the menu button (3 lines on it) and going to manage game and add-ons. You'll see the game version there. I'm adding an image of mine for you. That's just to make sure your game is up to date.
