Why is my sims 4 packs not installing? (Xbox one)

So I bought 2 packs from the microsoft store which were Island living and seasons. I went to go dowload them and it took like 4 seconds and said ready to start. I went into the game and they werent there. So I went back out to see if they acturly were dowloaded and they werent.

I repeated this 5 times, restarted my console, tried changing my settings and nothings happened. 

Is there anything you can do to help this?

    Hi @Ellebelle806,

    Try a full power-cycle on your console following these steps:

    • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    • Plug the console power cable back in.
    • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. 

    Then, please try these steps to download your content:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're still having issues getting your content installed once you've tried this, be sure to let me know!
