Hi when in build mode i cant seem to switch between single window placement and what i assume is the room window placement, I don't have this problem with the floor tool or the painting tool, If it helps im on ps4. Is there anyway someone could help?
Hi lankyboy33, are you pressing R1 and L1 while placing windows to switch between them? I think it should work, just make sure you have a window selected first.
Okay, are you stuck in room placement mode? Are you unable to switch back to single placement?
Okay! This could be an issue with how your walls are placed or where your roof is, if you have one. Try cycling through no walls, half walls and full walls while placing the windows, then R1 and L1 to switch between single and room placement. You could also try just building a square room an seeing if it will let you use room placement on that. If the game's not letting you switch at all, I'm not sure what is wrong, but I know there was an update released that fixed some of the issues in build mode, so you could make sure you've installed it.
Okay...I've given you all the advice I can think of. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I hope it's fixed in the next patch. I wonder if my game is doing this too...I haven't tried using room placement yet. Sorry I couldn't help you more! 🤨
