@CodeBacon2 Can you try traveling to another lot with your sims and then back to see if the issue clears after travel?
I went to the gym in a different map so they could shower and came back home.
The glitch was still there when I tried the shower later on.
@CodeBacon2 Do you have a toddler in the house?
Yes two, are they part of the issue?
@CodeBacon2 The only time I have seen sims do that (The little hand on mouth gasp and see what's happening) is when a toddler is doing something, like a parent gasping in delight that their toddler has done something on their own.
