[XB1] SDX Error Code: <LONG NUMBER>

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60.25.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? roughly all with an exclusion of a few
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? trying to download sims delivery express content 8.0.1
What happens when the bug occurs? error code: 00000010:00000000000000ce shows up each time
What do you expect to see? the sims content to download successfully
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded the sims 4 werewolf game pack. the werewolf in cas doesnt have a way to customize, only clothing, seen a thread on EA that i needed the most recent sdx but thats where the error code pops up. every time.

    Hello!
    After trying the steps suggested by EA_Solaire, if you still see encountering the bug, would you mind providing some more specific steps to reproduce this issue?

    For ex; Are we seeing this error when we manually download the SDX Content/ Automatically download the content/turn off the network connection and resume again?

    i have deleted all my saved files from sims and followed the steps, reset my xbox numerous times and its still showing the same error code. i have the deliveries set to only on start up as well as automatically download and i resume the download once the error happens and still nothing.

    the download is saying error still but the bug fix that came along with it for werewolves is downloaded so i am happy with that, thank you all !

    @EA_Solaire I'm also getting error messages for the Sims deliveries (as of about a month ago). The error code i receive is 000000008:ffffffffffffffff
