Xbox - game unplayable

Since the newest update, live mode is unusable, I move the curser on my controller but nothing moves on the screen. I cannot do anything on live mode, it is as if the game has frozen, but it will let me open the main menu to save or exit the game. I have closed the game completely and restarted multiple times over multiple days but the issue won’t correct itself.

The gallery also doesn’t work, I search by hashtag for a plot and I select a plot but it doesn’t move me to the next page to allow me to place it. Again I have tried this multiple times after full closure of the game and restarting it.

Create a sim doesn’t allow me to scroll through the options if I click into ‘show all’ in tops/bottoms/full body/shoes etc. I am having to select a specific category e.g. long dresses, blouses, wedges etc.
