xbox account
This has more to do with my technical issues. i had a really old xbox and when i got a new one there is no possible way i can get into my account is there any way i can recover all my packs and progress?

If you're currently unable to access your original Xbox account where you've purchased your packs, you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support so they can help you regain access to that account again.
