In that case you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further and see what's happened with your packs.
What do you mean when you say the game gives you free packs like Pets, Vampire, Cottage Living,… ?
So when I first bought the game it gave me pets and cottage living for free and I’ve been able to play it since which was a year ago. Also along the way I’d log in and there has been free packs that I just needed to install, one was the magic pack and the vampire one. Well after the most recent update all of them have disappeared despite being downloaded and I can’t play my saves or else I’ll lose everything that involved those packs. I did live chat last night but they said even the ones I purchased with money and have receipts for are not showing up. I checked and I do have the receipts for the ones I purchased. Also worth noting I checked all to make sure they were installed and I only have one account on my Xbox. So far not much help or change. Super stressed.
I never ever heard that you get so much packs for free… Was it a full free version of the game or maybe just a demo?
I play on PS4. When there is a pack for free (for example the romantic garden pack a while ago) i get a 0 € bill for that.
Is it on xbox the same? When yes you can contact the xbox support for reactivated your packs.
