Xbox Game Freezes and Unresponsive Action Menu After Recent Update

The Problem:I am playing on an Xbox console. Whenever I click on an object in the game, the action menu opens but becomes completely unresponsive. I cannot select any actions, and I cannot exit out of the menu.The game itself doesn't technically freeze completely—the environment and animations keep playing in the background, but you cannot actually do anything or click on anything else.When it started:This issue just started happening after the recent game update.Impact:It is incredibly frustrating because I am forced to completely close out of the game every single time it happens.What I have tried:I have already tried restarting, but that did not fix the issue.
