(Xbox One) I can't move floor. The up button also no longer works.

What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.76.4.2300 (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most game packs, stuff pack, some expansions, the free kit and the two free mini packs. Just got Journey to Batuu and Romantic Garden Stuff Pack. Vampire sim, Spellcaster and Werewolf ghost stored in lot. Grim Reaper is also a roommate but that's a base game thing unless it's from Get Together, which it might be. Get to Work careers not toggled on follow until return from Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Batuu. Complete the Hope and Order aspiration and do the crate part of the First Order aspiration. Get to level 1 of the First Order. Come back. Get rid of. Get rid of the Batuu jobs for 3 sims. Set the scientist career from Follow Off to Follow On. Get rid for one or two more sims on the second floor. Press the right toggle down and move to the first floor with camera follow toggle. No more going between floors in the house after a few minutes. I used circular floors and ladders for the second floor and they're also both showing up weirdly. Also equipped and removed a robot arm from a wizard and gave the robot arm to a vampire Sim on the second floor before the bug occurred, might have something to do with the problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't go past the first floor in either up or down directions. Not even with free cam. You can go to the basement with the camera follow. You can't go up after that. No more moving between floors. Upon resetting the game and reloading, the bug remains and I have had to revert the game save.
What do you expect to see? The negative first, second or third floor of the house, dependant on the part of the D-Pad I have pressed and my starting floor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Now I need to restart Batuu from the beginning. Just got a droid and 2 lightsabers. The droid was in the inventory. Can't attach files because I'm on an Xbox. I miss the 360.

Update: Despite reverting save, the button is still not responding. Congrats, EA. You broke my up button. And I can't REMAP IT, BECAUSE THE SIMS DOESN'T HAVE THAT FEATURE.
