Xbox One/PS4 Sims 4 Keyboard and Mouse?
Is there going to be keyboard and mouse support for Sims 4 on Xbox one, as minecraft on xbox one now has keyboard and mouse support.
(Or is it possible already?)

You can use it to enter cheats but that's it so far. I have no idea if there are future plans to have full keyboard / mouse support.

Keyboard and mouse use is not supported on The Sims 4 for Xbox and PlayStation right now. I don't have information for you regarding the future, but what I can do is forward your feedback to the team so they are aware of your interest.
Are you finding the game difficult to control with a controller in any particular game mode?

- I totally agree with quiverdin! De controls aren't terrible, but at least a mouse would make it so much easier :-)

- Yes it is difficult to play on the controller, as the game was made for PC the game feels better to control with keyboard and mouse what the game was designed for that. I can only play the game for short periods of time as I get frustrated with the clunky controls on the controller.
- Simply put - Sims 4 (and a certain other game which EA doesn't publish) are what happens when THE SUITS (I think most people here know what I mean by that) are PUT IN CHARGE of GAME DEVELOPMENT as well as publication >☹️
Hi are you guys any closer to getting support out for mouse and keyboard?
- I was really happy when I heard the Sims 4 was coming to console, but the fact that it doesn't have mouse and keyboard support is one thing that prevented me from buying it. Then I heard a lot of complains about how hard it is to control it and I've desided not to buy the game until we get mouse and keyboard support.
- It is hard to control in some instances. If you have a sim jogging down the street that you want to meet, trying to move the pointer over that person to click on them while they are moving with the joystick is a pain in the a...
- It's the same when you try to follow your sim as they walk out the door on their way to work & you want to look in on them as they do their job ??
I DREAD to think what those who've built BUSINESSES for their sims must be going through who play on the console.....
Please add it it would be a huge DIFFERENCE!!!!

- The controls have frustrated me so much that I've put the game and haven't played it since around launch on the Xbox One -_- Frustrated that I spent so much money on it. Keyboard and mouse support would make a big difference please add it, the Xbox One is more than capable of it.
- I brought sims for originally for my iMac and it didn’t support so therefore had to use ps4 very disspointed with the DualShock control, it’s not terrible but a mouse would be a lot easier when trying to select mutipul tasks, I’ve been a sims player since 2000 in the PS2, I only play in occaisly due to the issue i defiantly purschase expansion packs/ if I could play the game regularly.

- I'm playing The Sims since the first game appeared for PC many years ago. I'm a huge fan and I was so excited to know the game was released for PS4, but let me tell you, the contoller is a pain in the... Having a keyboard and a mouse to play the game in a console is A MUST!

Please, please, PLEASE add mouse support! I think that the controls for the xbox is the best that they can be, but even so, they are a bit awkward. If you added mouse support it would be so much easier.
