Since installing High School Years

I bought and downloaded high school years earlier this month and prom is not even a thing. Won't pop up or register in the slightest, I also cant do ANY goaled events, any day of the week. Im not sure if this is a patch issue or not, but its definitely having an issue.

Im on PS4, but ive not had issues this bad before
